ABOUT SIMON COOK

I am a geoscientist with research interests in glaciology, geohazards and mountain geomorphology, and am a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Change at University of Dundee. For the most part, i work on impacts associated with climate change in cold regions, which include glacial lake outburst floods, landslides, and the sustainability of water resources and hydropower. I also work on glacial erosion and sediment transfer, geoscience communication, river flooding, palaeoglaciology.
