Ensuring all existing vendor deliveries into network DCs comply to Homebase required specifications. • Providing proactive compliance advice for new, existing vendors and Central teams. • Ensuring all relevant Vendor Compliance literature is review and maintained at regular intervals. • Enabling a smooth transition solution for Vendors migrating between DC and Direct store delivery methods. • Providing a consistent and effective link between the distribution function and its internal stakeholders, e.g. trading; store operations; stores - developing great relationships with them. • Supporting the delivery of the network configuration plans. • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to Depot Operations and Inventory functions. • Ensuring network Depot Inventory and Operational teams adhere to the required processes. DIMENSIONS (FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY) Impacts on: • 5 x DC’s (4 x 3PL; 1 x in house) • 3PL transport operations • Total Distribution budget circa £60m • Total DC stock holding circa £72m
