My career has taken me on a fantastic journey from the horizontal rain of Aberdeen, Scotland, to the blue skies of Calgary, Alberta, where I have lived since 2012. I have worked in the recruitment sector for more than 20 years; transitioning from my role as an economist with an international oil & gas exploration and production company, into executive search in 2005. Initially, my practice area has focused on the energy sector, however over the years it has diversified and I now work across a wide range of industries.
