I have been privileged to spend my career working in AI and Data. My journey began long before my current role. With over two decades of experience spanning various sectors, including telecoms, consumer goods, energy, and defence, I\'ve honed my craft as a technologist and a leader. From developing AI agents at BT, through applying AI and machine learning to defence challenges at BAE Systems to driving innovation in data science at PA Consulting, my path has been defined by a passion for harnessing AI and data\'s potential to drive real-world impact balanced with a keen eye on providing business value.This is an incredibly exciting time - the pace of change is leading to a wave of AI powered benefits, productivity gains and new business models for those who can apply the technology. It’s the perfect time to blend experience, excitement and curiosity and practice responsible innovation.At Equal Experts, I have the privilege of leading a dynamic network of data and AI experts. Collaborating closely with our diverse clientele, we work with the intricacies of their data landscapes, and realities of the business to build robust data pipelines and platforms, to provide high quality Enterprise Data. We work with the latest AI models and techniques to create AI powered services for applications like Customer Service, Marketing and Sales, process optimisation and automation etc. It has been amazing to see these activities yield tens sometimes hundreds of millions in £ benefits.
