Managing a portfolio of capital projects within the Trust schools, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of allocated projects, ensuring that project documentation is complete and accurate. Managing contactors on site ensuring that they are complying with H&S legislation, Risk assessments & Method Statements.• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risk, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.• Work with the Head of Estates & Finance to monitor project budgets, expenditure and cost control.• Build strong relationships with school leaders, staff, students, and external partners to gather requirements, communicate progress, and obtain necessary support for projects.• Create and deliver project work plans, risk registers and project trackers and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.• Supporting the schools with Facilities Management & day to day issues.• Carry out condition surveys in schools, identifying future projects and adding them to the asset management plan.
