Targeted communication and training initiatives secure high user adoption.Oversees the end-to-end commissioning process for external service providers and partners, including the management and coordination of tenders, orchestration of internal approval workflows, and assurance of compliance with all legal and audit requirements. Consistently conducts “make-or-buy” assessments in close collaboration with delivery teams and customer accounts to ensure optimal resource utilization.
