Our properties raise the bar for shared student accommodation. Our aim is to design and create co-living spaces that tenants will love; a home away from home! As former students ourselves, we know what students will want from Uni accommodation. That is why we try and incorporate all aspects of student life into each project, from a spacious communal area with large flat screen TV’s to hang out and socialise with your housemates, modern kitchens with integrated appliances, and double bedrooms with comfortable orthopaedic mattresses and luxurious en-suites with rainfall showers.

I am the co-founder of one of the UKs leading accommodation providers, with a portfolio growing to over 50 million pounds in seven years, and a projected rental role of over per month by September 2025.We have found that many cities are lacking in high end accommodation, and with many landlords unwilling to invest or have an understanding of what the modern day tenant is looking for. Our goal is simple, to provide the very best in boutique accommodation and replicate our success throughout the UK.We also offer housing solutions to our social care, assisted and support living partners which is expanding at a rapid rate and requiring additional accommodation every year.
