ABOUT SIMON BEDFORD
Simon is a partner with Deloitte LLP. Currently responsible for leading the Deloitte Regional Real Estate business, he also leads the firms Cities Advisory practice and is part of the Global Cities leadership team. Before joining Deloitte ( or Drivers Jonas) in 2008 he worked as the MD of Ekos Consulting, an economics and regeneration consultancy. He has also held senior positions with both Building Design Partnership and Jones Lang LaSalle. Simon is a chartered town planner and specialises in large scale development consultancy, particularly in relation to public sector assets. He has worked on major regeneration schemes throughout the UK and overseas.
