Specific responsibility for supporting the Restaurant and Kitchen department, Production Kitchens, Head Office and Photography Studio sites.Key Responsibilities:• Leading on progressing and improving H&S compliance across Restaurant and Kitchen department, Production Kitchen, Head Office and Photography Studio locations.• Developing and embedding a positive, safe and secure environment in all Harrods locations.• Implementing appropriate risk assessments and safe systems of work that mitigate the risks connected with organisational activities and areas.• Conducting investigations and making recommendations to the business to mitigate risks and prevent the occurrence of incidents.• Advising stakeholders across all areas of the business, including working closely on in-store installations and building projects.• Collaborate with the Head of Fire, Health and Safety and department colleagues on key projects, training and resources.• Arranging and managing health and safety meetings with the business areas under my responsibility to ensure ongoing positive dialogue relating to H&S matters: accidents/incidents, risk assessment, training requirements, inspection and audit findings.• Leading on Harrods becoming an official training partner of IOSH, delivering accredited IOSH Managing Safely and Working Safely courses.
