Checkit is a scale-up SaaS business, helping the medical, food retail, hospitality and facilities management sectors with intelligent solutions which coordinate and analyse the activities of their deskless workforce to deliver improved productivity, engagement and cost savings, via digital assistants that guide people and smart sensors which monitor critical assets and building facilities. As Checkit\'s first Head of Talent Acquisition, my role is to set up and embed best practice across all aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle. I\'ve designed and rolled out robust processes; selected and implemented a new ATS and careers website; introduced new assessment and selection tools; developed hiring manager capability; aligned all agency suppliers onto a new contract; and introduced proper reporting. As this is currently a standalone role, alongside this activity I\'ve also been hands-on with hiring, solely responsible for filling c7 roles per month across all areas of the business, with a strong focus on tech and engineering (Software Development, DevOps, Test, Delivery Management, Data, Networks).
