It is a sincere privilege to serve as the Interim Executive Director starting in October 2025 during a planned leadership transition. Having been deeply involved with the organization as a dedicated member of the Board of Directors since January 2024, and later as Vice-Chair from December 2024 (a position I resigned from in September 2025 to assume this post), I bring an immediate, informed perspective to the role. I am grateful for the opportunity to provide steady leadership and to focus on ensuring the organization is future-proofed. This involves comprehensively analyzing operational needs and acting strategically to align our management teams and initiate essential recruitment for key administrative positions that will support long-term growth. A primary focus is on securing financial stability by developing the new annual budget and successfully cultivating essential funding and grant opportunities for a solid outlook. I also ensure expert governance support and continuity by preparing all necessary board and financial reports, which includes successfully launching the organization\'s multi-year Strategic Plan development process. I am fully committed to providing ongoing support until a permanent solution is secured and we are prepared for the future.
