About Simmy Sharma
Simmy is a solution oriented business facing Human Resources (HR) leader with 20 yearsof global human resources and business experience with multinationals such as Amazon and Deloitte. In her current role with Amazon, Simmy is leading HR function for Devices and Services Finance org and International Store Finance Org. In this role she is focused on building People Strategies through Org design and process improvements. Previous to this, Simmy lead a team of Strategy and Operations team with Amazon where she was invested in building operating plans and creating mechanisms for effective team operations and functioning. She also has a prior experience of leading a team of HR Business Partners with Amazon Inclusive eXperiences and Technology team.
