About Similolu Fadel
Currently a Junior in the Brown|RISD Dual Degree program, I have begun study in Industrial Design and Cognitive Science. I hope to use both fields to study child psychology as it pertains to toy design and/or children’s furniture. In previous years, I have used my fine arts background to participate in programs at the Kimbell Museum of Art, YoungArts Foundation (Finalist in Visual Arts), and the Nasher Sculpture Center; In addition to facilitating my introduction to the professional art world, these experiences have also contributed to the development of my leadership and public speaking skills. At this time, I am looking for internship opportunities to help me begin my career in Industrial Design and/or Cognitive Science.
