Led the growth of one of India’s most exciting youth brands - Fastrack. From product to supply chain, retail experience and communication - overhauled and strategically repositioned the business for profitable growth over 11 years. Fastrack broke onto Brand Equity’s List of Most Exciting Brands at #4 in 2013-14Led the revamp of home-grown outdoor gear brand, Wildcraft. Foundational work over 2 years that included a sharper portfolio strategy, rebranding and driving a more focussed approach on product, retail and communication to deliver 2x growth between 2014-16 Co-founded BRAG, India\'s first & only young girls focused innerwear brand in April 2016. BRAG initially grew through offline retail stores across 25 cities pivoting to an ecom first model. Covid impacted multiple aspects of the business forcing us to reconsider our ambitions in 2020.Set up & ran the Alternative Protein Business for D2C fresh meat major -Licious between 2020 and 2023. Launched UnCrave by Licious - the country’s first D2C fresh format plant based meat brand. Simultaneously led the Brand function for Licious the meat brand.Partner & AD with Boston Consulting Group since 2024
