The IT Command Center team serves 24/7/365 as the focal point for managing and coordinating production implementations and response to events which occur throughout AEP. We assume primary responsibility for monitoring and troubleshooting events that have the potential to impact IT and all business units. We assist with crisis response, ensuring relevant events are escalated and responded to in an effective and timely manner.•Monitor systems and network infrastructure using (IBM NOI) creating tickets for critical or high alerts. Working the ticket or direct to the proper team.•Perform system-wide Initial Program Loads (IPLs) and reboot systems as required to restart failed or downed computer systems.•Engage failed Mainframe jobs as well as keeping LPAR clear on each Mainframe session. Determining if the job is deadlocked with another job and performing FJRs, JCL, or completing the job after coordinating with mainframe team.•Coordinate companywide problems by getting the correct people into (MS Teams) with a Major Incident manager to find the proper solution to the problem.
