At 10K Designers, I mentored a group of designers at different stages in their careers, from beginners to experienced professionals. I helped them learn UX basics, get comfortable with design tools, and work through their projects. I gave feedback on their work to help them improve and bring their ideas to life. I also led a session on \"The Magic of Microinteractions,\" showing how small design details can make a big impact on user experience. It was a rewarding experience where I got to support each designer’s growth and confidence along the way.
