Familiar with The Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR) Act, 2013; Odisha Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement (ORFCTLARR) Rules, 2015; Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition & Development Act, 1957; Odisha Resettlement & Rehabilitation Policy, 2006; The Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 & EIA Notification 2006. Primarily into Land Acquisition & Socio-Economic Environment & Impact Assessments (SEEIA) for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) during my present association with Visiontek Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd since January 2021. With PURVASHA, have conducted Social Impact Assessment Studies (U/s-4(1)), Facilitating Public Hearing (u/s-5) & Facilitating Expert Group Meeting (u/s-7) for Land Acquisition under Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 & Odisha Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2015 under the aegis of Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies (NKCCDS). Some of the key Social research project undertaken during my association with Nielsen are Concurrent Monitoring of Health and Nutritional Status in 30 District of Odisha, Nutritional Baseline Study in 20 Districts of Odisha, Sample Registration System (SRS), Integrated Biological & Behavioural Surveillance (IBBS) for 4 States of India, School Drop Out Census in Gujarat, Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 in Odisha and Bio-Metric Enrollment (BME) for National Population Registrar (NPR), Child Labour in Carpet industry in Uttar Pradesh. Executing projects have strengthened my competencies as a social researcher. Moreover, Preparation of Comprehensive District Plans for Malkangiri & Nabarangpur districts in 2008-09 under the guidelines of Planning & Coordination Department has enhanced my understanding of various flagship programmes under the 11 sectors and its sub-sectors. This has led me to draw the co-relations at micro and macro level and programme implementation.
