Member of the leadership team of a strategic Cybersecurity programme delivering IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities for the Bank globally (100M+ USD over 5 years, circa 60 project resources).Leading a workstream (30+ resources) responsible for the migration from heritage PAM vaulting solutions to a strategic tool (circa 1.2m accounts globally) and delivery of in-house built solutions managing privileged account management and onboarding for all Bank\'s systems globally- Successfully delivered a global solution supporting users during the migration activities to a strategic PAM vaulting solution on schedule and budget. On track to be delivering a second global solution orchestrating fulfilment of PAM requests across legacy and strategic PAM vaulting solutions- Managing the ongoing BAU support of the in-house built migration solution and enhancement required during the migration window (circa 2 years estimated due to the complexity of the estate)- Acting as an SME in IAM and PAM- Led the requirement gathering phase by engaging the relevant stakeholders and managing a team of BAs, enabling the definition of comprehensive tactical and strategic requirements (circa 500)- Led the design phase and actively reviewed/provided feedback on design documents, which has resulted in the definition of the high and low-level designs of the solutions and received endorsement from the Bank\'s architectural governance boards- Managing a team of engineers- Managed an experienced testing team (6 members) responsible for end-to-end testing of the solutions delivered by the programme- Recruiting resources as required. Managing transition in role/upskilling of new joiners to support organisational changes. This includes managing key personnel changes in the programme while preserving the underlying team members and restoring team performance- Closely collaborating with the other workstreams- Liaising with senior management to address risk and issues.
