The shift of the travel actors towards the NDC capability is a major disruption in the whole industry and a key element in the GDS strategy of the next 10 years. I am accountable for the integration of the NDC solution in every front office solution in Amadeus. Here below some my responsibilities.Lead the Content Tribe Stream (up to 6 agile teams), composed of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, UI Designers and Software Developers. The Content Stream is responsible of the integration of every Content (with focus on NDC) in every front office solution.Accountable of the coordination with Product Managers to analyze user needs and design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions.I collaborate with front office line managers for capacity planning, resources allocation and long term strategy. I synchronize with the other stream leaders of the NDC program across the company.Part of my responsibility is also to foster the Agile mind-set, guarantee agile efficiency (continuous improvement, people empowerment, etc…) and ensure smooth communication across agile teams and the line organizations.

During my career I had a variety of professional experiences in the IT industry, I worked in my native country (Italy) as well as abroad, for small, medium or large organizations. Before joining Amadeus I worked in London for Accenture (Global Technology Consulting division) as team leader and consultant.
