Not relieving the effort in technical role previously described, I manage a team of 5 highly qualified team members, to grant the KPIs of our activity: the Success Rate and the Cycle Time, both being agreed with our main customer (MobileEye, Intel group, global market leader of ADAS level5 devices). Both KPIs are set at really challenging targets due to the key role of Mobileye for STM business. Nevertheless, in the last 4 years these limits have never been exceeded, and inversely they’ve slowly improved year after year. This result has been reached also with proper technical negotiation in cooperation with ST Product Quality Assurance and Field Quality Support teams.My personal attitude is to make every team member grow, following and developing their specific dispositions and expertise, and using their reached self-confidence on these strengths to challenge them in some out-of-comfort-zone effort, and I strongly push on the continuous knowledge developing/upgrading on new techniques and knowledge.Using this approach, I have been awarded with 3 prizes (1 bronze and 2 silver) at corporate level (ST STRIVE Awards) for having solved two major technological issues impacting Reliability and Yield of the 28FDSOI technology and the qualification of the ST main runner in 7FF, with a direct acknowledge of this effort from final customer itself.I am currently investigating on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to process imaging and to have an “intelligent” pattern recognition in images, mainly using Python and dedicated math libraries.
