Designed and conducted user experience (UX) research to inform the development of proprietary software tools. Worked with Business, Product, Design, Operations and Engineering teams in eCommerce, procurement and supply chain to develop internal- and external-facing apps. Defined and applied the most suitable research methods to every phase of the product development: field visits, contextual inquiry, in-depth interviews and focus groups in discovery phases; various methodologies for concept testing; usability during pilot/launch; and quantitative surveys after implementation. Trained designers and product managers to conduct their own generative and evaluative research.
