As an accomplished Educator, Strategist, and Scholar, my career is dedicated to transforming educational systems to serve multilingual and multicultural students effectively. My foundation is uniquely shaped by my lived experience as an immigrant from Argentina and Uruguay, providing an authentic, unique point of view that informs every aspect of my work in the United States.Holding a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction, Multicultural Education, my expertise spans policy development, curriculum design, and instructional leadership, all grounded in a deep commitment to equity. I have successfully researched, developed, and implemented Dual Language Bilingual Education programs at the district level (CCSD) and co-authored district handbooks, directly impacting the success of thousands of emergent bilingual students.
