Manage the completion of order entry, confirming production, and delivery monitoring. Responsible for Order to after Cash process- Serve as daily customer interface maintaining a strong working relationship with the customer to ensure customer commitments are met or exceeded- Understand and apply pricing policy and procedures. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing- Provide forecast input for monthly demand planning processes and validate allocation with customer feedback- Monitor customer volume ongoing to ensure is within contract rebate guidelines, and prompt sales manager of foreseen exceptions- Collaborate with credit team to resolve credit issues during order management- Understand customer needs and service expectations. Ensure clear, proactive and effective communication skills. Deliver high quality customer service to both internal and external customer- Facilitate continuous replenishment of inventory as required by each customer- Monitor shipments to ensure on time delivery and communicate to customer possible delays- Process claims in the system- Monthly meeting with sales manager to discuss forecast- Perform customer analytics i.e; cost to serve, profitability, etc- Act as a liaison between customer and internal stakeholders to successfully execute against customer supply chain- Collaborate with freight forwarders to execute bookings and export documentation in a timely manner-Support trials for existing and new customers in collaboration with customer technical service, sales and innovation center teams.
