ABOUT SILVIA HERNANDEZ

I am a relentless optimist, catalyst, connector, and convener deeply committed to bringing people and organizations together for fundamental change and global impact. My personal and professional journey is a continuing story of curiosity and risk-taking to make a real difference in the world. Over the past two decades, I have served in various leadership roles at the intersection of automotive, innovation, and advisory as a Senior Partner. My responsibilities entail advising C-Suite and senior executives of global multinational companies across strategy, operations, and transformation. I have experience in cross-sector initiatives, have successfully managed our largest automotive clients and diverse, high-performing global teams. Outside of work, I am a devoted philanthropist and advocate for equity. Ambassador for our global diversity initiatives. I was recently inducted to the Generation CEO Network and am a frequent public speaker at international conferences including TEDx, Oxford Analytica Global Horizons at Oxford University, EY World Entrepreneur of the Year, Daimler Sustainability Dialogue, etc.I serve as a Visiting Professor and Advisory Board Member to the Faculty of Business and Law at the Manchester Metropolitan University.
