ABOUT SILVIA AZZONI
I’ve always been fascinated by different cultures and the way people live and work around the world. That curiosity led me to study international cooperation, live abroad, speak five languages, and ultimately shaped the way I work: with empathy, adaptability, and a natural focus on building connections across people and countries.Over the past 10+ years, I’ve held international roles across operations, procurement, business development, and global strategy. I also completed an MBA to strengthen my ability to develop long-term plans, align cross-functional priorities, and lead with clarity.Today, I lead the European branch of Terra Sonic International, a U.S-based manufacturing company, where I launched and now run the full operation — turning strategy into execution to support EMEA growth through streamlined systems, cost efficiency, and strong teams.
