ABOUT SILVIA TOFFOLUTTI
I have been working in the Human Resources area for about 12 years. My first experience of HR was following my degree in Philosophy when I took a Master’s in Organisational and Personnel Management at Bocconi University. This was a transformative experience which turned an interest into a passion. I joined Chiesi as a Junior Recruiter in 2013. Then, I had the chance to start leading global employer branding projects as Group Employer Branding Specialist in 2018. This was an important step of my professional path which gave me the opportunity to be exposed to a more challenging and international context. This experience set the foundation to start working as Cultural Change & Strategic Project Manager in January 2022 and from December 2024 as Global Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead.
