ABOUT SILVIA TAGLIAMONTE
During my studies I developed a strong interest in the field of Gastrointestinal discomforts (GID) induced by foods, which lead people to the exclusion from the diet of those foods perceived as “few digestible”, causing incorrect dietary choices and increasing the individual risk metabolic diseases. My aim is to identify physiological mechanism eliciting GID onset in healthy people in order to develop food tailored on sensitive population to ameliorate the GID.
