In 1980, Silvia Coltrane founded RETI is a full-service company with an experienced professional staff of multi-lingual associates well versed in the entire gamut of the real estate industry. It was considered to be one of most respected and successful real estate companies in the Miami Beach area.In 2019 Silvia Coltrane joined The Corcoran Group as a broker-salesman and continues to actively market residential as well as commercial properties for her vast client base. Silvia Coltrane\'s real estate experience also includes her involvement as a consultant to several of the major developers in the Miami Beach area; as a Court Receiver for residential condominium properties, and as a representative of various lenders for the sale of their REO properties. Silvia Coltrane entered the development world in 1996, and has been involved as General Partner and Major stockholder of various developments in Dade and Broward Counties.

Real Estate is Silvia Coltrane’s passion, and this is the reason why she has emerged as a leader in the highly competitive, influential real estate arena. With 40 years as the broker of Real Estate Transactions, Inc.(RETI) under her belt Silvia Coltrane has made an indelible mark consulting, and successfully representing over 20 different developments for Miami-Dade’s most prominent developers. In 2020 Coltrane merged with The Corcoran Group and is now a broker agent in the company. This has allowed her to spend more time with her developments and other commercial ventures. Silvia Coltrane has also been involved in the sale of some of Miami’s largest real estate waterfront development sites. This includes 4 sites for Faena, 3 development sites for the Chateau Group, 12 properties on Ocean Terrace and Collins Avenue for Ocean Terrace Developers, and others. Her brokerage experience also includes the sales of several hotels in Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. She also has an international presence with affiliate offices in various countries in South America, Europe and Asia. Silvia Coltrane’s experience as a broker of so many successful ventures set the stage and prepared the path for Coltrane’s next real estate frontier and challenges - The development of her own properties. Her first development was Parc Plaza, a 15-story condominium conversion on Washington and 17th in Miami Beach. She also became involved with the development of Capobella on Collins and the 50\'s. She also acquired a hotel on Collins and 69th, and entitled the property to develop a residential condominium, then sold it to the developers of Canyon Ranch. Her entitled development was ultimately developed as L’Atelier; She also developed Azure Condominium, a luxury Condominium in Surfside, and the 175-room Marriot Residence Inn in Surfside. Coltrane\'s current involvement is the anticipated mixed-use condominium development in North Beach, planned for the corner of Collins and 72nd Street. It will have SF of ground-floor retail, condominium residences and micro units that will allow short-term rentals. As a developer, Coltrane sees her role as that of an orchestra conductor who engages and directs all the players to make beautiful music. The beauty of her development will come from the carefully selected professional team that she engages to design buildings that endure time with taste and elegance. This is the legacy that she wants to leave behind.
