During these years, I have had the opportunity to work in many BUs (SW R&S, delivery, administration, tender office, human resource). That’s allowed me to acquire both vertical and transversal skills: organization theories and models, business processes and control & quality assurance. Interdisciplinarity and transversality are certainly the characteristics that most distinguish me, as well as my strong analytical and modelling skills. Therefore, I have acquired deep competences in Functional Requirements Analysis and Business Analysis. Today, I am a PM for medium and large sized clients, both public and private. I love people domain: being a servant leader for my team and working to reach the optimal engagement of all stakeholders.
