As a Validation Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, I lead a validation engineering team that coordinates and manages FAT projects for Bioprocessing Equipment and Automation (BEA) products. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, and I am proficient in Open Platform Communication (OPC), Root Cause, and Sonication skills.In my role, I generate validation deliverables such as FAT, SAT, IOQ, and OQ for BEA products, serving as the primary point of contact for validation-related queries from cross-functional teams and customers. I also participate in audit reports between the company and customers for product quality assurance. I lead high-priority projects, aligning all cross-functional teams by utilizing Bill of Materials and Engineering Change Orders. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and product performance.
