Head of Marketing, Product and Content departments at Admiral Sport, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the globally operating NOVOMATIC group of companies.In this role, I am responsible for the whole product management, operations and marketing process for the brands AdmiralBet IT and StarVegas IT. Having a team of 15 people who hierarchically report to me.Task- Simplify, optimize and continuously monitor the strategic business processes required to make and deliver a product or deliver a service to customers and to ensure customer satisfaction- Planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing marketing initiatives mostly advertising campaign focused on ATL activities channels but also BTL strategies- Identify margins for improvement and then propose plans with a view to continuous enhancement, aimed at optimizing time and costs and ameliorating productivity, while meeting company quality standards- Coordinate communication between departments and across business functions to align all departments toward long-term strategic goals and strategies- Define time and cost of processes and promptly identifies pockets of inefficiency by proposing appropriate corrections with a view to better continuously- Cost management, budgeting and forecasting activities and define the correct marginality of activities- Coordination with HR management to ensure optimal allocation of personnel across functions at all times.
