I am currently employed at Sidea Group, a consulting firm that develops customer experience-oriented solutions through the integration of marketing and IT technology. We work with some of the biggest B2B and B2C players in the Italian (and global) market, placing customer satisfaction at the heart of what we do.As a Business Analyst, I work with various B2B and B2C clients, co-operating with colleagues to implement Zuora - a software for subscription businesses - at customer sites. Our tasks cover the entire end-to-end implementation process, ranging from design, UAT (user acceptance tests) and impact analyses, to CR (change requests) documentation, data validation, Zuora workflow designs and technical platform support.
