Drafting a wide range of commercial and other legal agreements including sale and supply, sponsorship, collaboration, influencer, services, employment, lease, loan, distribution and agency agreements.\\\\n• Support, and where appropriate lead, multi-market or region-wide legal negotiations and initiatives.\\\\n• Instruct and manage external counsel where required and in accordance with Tomorrow budgets.\\\\n• Instruct and manage external counsel in intellectual property portfolios and recovery of the debt’s claims.\\\\n• Working closely with the Human recourses team in Italy and UK in drafting employment agreement, share option agreement and immigration matters.\\\\n• Working closely with the leadership on the management of high-risk issues and on strategic legal and commercial projects\\\\n• Instruct and manage external counsel on M&A procedures.\\\\n• Drafting and review shareholder minutes, shareholder agreements\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
