Responsible for managing the complete contract and tender process of major onshore (refineries, LNG plants) and offshore (FPSO) tenders, from initiating the preparation to submission of the offer as well as final handover to the implementing project teams.Main accountabilities- Coordinate the estimating activities and monitor trends/results during mid-term reviews- Coordinate the engineering, procurement and construction/subcontracting teams as well as all the others functions supporting the preparation of the proposal (legal, contracts, HSE, etc.)- Ensure that the Risk Assessment sessions are properly carried out in order to address the potential risks related to the execution of the project- Prepare the technical and commercial parts of the proposal- Participate to the technical and commercial negotiations with Client
