ABOUT SILVIA CASTELLANI
I\'ve always been passionate in languages since I was a child. I studied English, French and German at high-school. After the graduation in Translation and Linguistic Mediation in English and Spanish I started working in Arancho in 2007 as Vendor Manager. After a couple of years I became Project Manager for Arancho Doc. Almost ten years later, eager to take on new challenges I took the opportunity of leading the team of KAMs in Rimini as Business Unit Leader. A new adventure as Customer Success Manager arose and this will help me to better get in touch with customers and improve knowledge of their needs and expectations…always keeping an eye on production aspects.
