Thanks to my international academic background and professional experience in multicultural environments, I have developed strong sensitivity to sustainability issues—especially those connected to human relationships and workplace wellbeing.In my previous roles, I gained a deep understanding of the diverse needs of people, regardless of their cultural context, while also cultivating a broad perspective on global dynamics. These experiences shaped me into an attentive listener and an effective mediator, with a strong systemic vision and a holistic approach to problem-solving.I am a positive, proactive, and determined woman, ready to tackle future challenges with enthusiasm. My working style is responsible and creative, with a strong preference for teamwork and a results-driven mindset.Currently, I work as a Corporate Wellbeing & Inclusion HR Specialist, where I coordinate wellbeing initiatives across all Group companies and lead the activities of the Corporate Wellbeing Committee. My responsibilities include drafting dossiers and presentations on company policies related to the Employee Journey, supporting the drafting of the Sustainability Report, and developing communication campaigns - both internal and external- aimed at promoting awareness about wellbeing and inclusion.
