Dear All, I\'m Silvia and I am from Italy. I am currently working in Westin Palace as a F&B Service Supervisor. I have previous experience in UK and Italy, I worked for few years in Park Hyatt, the Dorchester Collection Hotels, Restaurant,other two in a Resort, other two season in Hotels as a bar waitress or waitress. I am a very friendly and open minded person, with a positive can-do attitude. I work well as part of a team, but I am also able to work individually if required. I work well under pressure and I am able to provide a good customer service also in a very busy environment. I enjoy working with people, I am very quick to learn and I believe that one of the most important attributes I have is reliability.
