In July 2018, he transitioned to the Anchor Project as the Systems Completion Lead to kick off systemization and systems engineering efforts in FEED.He has been recognized as a strong performer in world class projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Latin America and Africa and is known for his commitment to deliver results the right way and for maintaining high levels of Operational Excellence. His demonstrated skills set him up for success in diverse environments ranging from engineering firms to fabrication yards.Silvestre is also very passionate about enabling others. He understands the importance of cultivating talent and in providing clear strategic direction to drive teams to success. His vision is to become a project director or a mega-project consultant.
