Founder, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Owner, Entrepreneur. I founded Pace Pharmacy in 2010 and built it up from scratch to over 35 employees over 2 locations. From there, I have led the implementation of structured growth – and increased the company\'s presence, reputation, and reach. The highlight is not the growth of the business, but the world-class company culture I have built in the process. Pace Pharmacy is known across Canada as a leading specialty compounding pharmacy. Offering non-sterile and sterile compounding for patients, medical doctors, nurses, naturopathic doctors, veterinarians, dentists, hospitals, hospices, fertility clinics, pain clinics, sports medicine clinics, and many more healthcare professionals. I also enjoy getting involved with pharmacy students through mentorship and speaking. I am a speaker, author, and member of various professional organizations. I sit on committees at the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), Association of Compounding Pharmacists of Canada (ACPC), as well as the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). I have written courses for the Ontario Pharmacists\' Association (OPA) to help train and educate other pharmacists about the compounding standards in Canada.
