I build bridges between manufacturing excellence and human innovation.With a background in Industrial Production Engineering and extensive experience across Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering, I have learned that real transformation happens when technology serves people and not the other way around.I lead the Global Process Competence Center at ABB Smart Power, guiding a worldwide network that defines process standards, drives digital transformation, and strengthens collaboration across manufacturing sites. My work focuses on integrating MES, analytics, immersive learning, humanoid and collaborative robots, and wearable technologies into operations to enhance safety, performance, and learning.I collaborate with universities and research institutions including the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, the University of Naples Parthenope, the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, and Sapienza University of Rome. Together we explore the intersection of human factors, robotics, and digital industrial education through projects on exoskeletons, humanoids, and work-based learning.
