HH. para una organización dinámica y orientada por su misión, que brinda alojamiento médico y apoyo a huéspedes provenientes de los Territorios del Noroeste y Nunavut. Trabajo directamente con el equipo de liderazgo y el personal de primera línea para asegurar un entorno laboral respetuoso, culturalmente sensible y alineado con los valores fundamentales de Larga: Autenticidad, Valentía, Amabilidad y Tradición.Responsabilidades Principales:Brindar apoyo diario en Recursos Humanos a todos los departamentos, incluyendo relaciones laborales, resolución de conflictos, coaching y gestión del desempeño.Liderar el proceso completo de reclutamiento: redacción de descripciones de puesto, coordinación de entrevistas, incorporación y orientación para garantizar una bienvenida fluida y positiva a los nuevos empleados.Mantener y organizar los expedientes del personal, garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y asegurar la aplicación de políticas y procedimientos internos.Supervisar la administración de beneficios, coordinación del control de asistencia (ADP) y apoyar solicitudes de licencias y adaptaciones laborales.Coordinar y participar en investigaciones, acciones disciplinarias y aplicación de políticas con equidad y discreción.Actuar como enlace clave entre el personal y la dirección, brindando asesoramiento estratégico en RR. HH. que fomente la confianza, la seguridad y la responsabilidad.
