Assist with long form drafting for the project as requested.• Track, review, and organize a high volume of legal and production documentation for owned and licensed live-action films; working with external and internal partners to ensure materials are successfully delivered to Netflix.• Create and maintain above-the-line distribution google group for external and internal production, production finance, and accountants. Redact & distribute ATL agreement drafts up to and including execution. Organize and upload fully executed agreements.• Attend weekly internal/external production syncs.• Prepare Chain of Title Index Summary and documents for labor’s submission to the guilds. Complete Canadian Tax Incentive paperwork for external partners and/or internal tax department.• Review, edit, and approve Main Title and MOE credits.• Complete Marketing Approval Statements for each film.
