Manages the partnership between Carnival Cruise Line and Wartsila Corporation through the PBL Partnership Program overseeing 24 vessels.Assist the Program Manager with all plans, orders, requisitions, PO’s and the entire purchasing and logistics process related to the PBL Partnership Program to ensure an understanding and a common operational picture of all Partnership Program activities. Contributes to the determination of KPI benchmarks and success benchmarks.Collaborate in budget tracking and issue resolution.Participates in high-level sessions for project planning and development schedules with business stakeholders.Contributes to managing project risks and determining corrective measures.Responsible for the preparation of all activities including exchanges and senior leader visits. Coordinates and de-conflicts timelines and synchronizes logistics to execute focused operations for all elements of the partnership. Collaborates with shore side (ship managers, asset managers, project managers) and shipboard (chief engineers, captains, hotel directors, etc.) in order to efficiently plan and manage the master schedule for operational activitiesSupports Program Manager in planning, organization, and control activities related to Diesel Generators Overhauls and logistics of personnel and spare parts for the engines.Develop process tools, and reports to analyze and track supplier performance.Maintains and Monitors project plans and project schedules.Assist in maintaining technical files including but not limited to service reportsAssists other departments as needed.
