As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager I am responsible for leading a small operational team and the talent acquisition process end to end for all white collars functions in the DACH organisation. My team makes sure that both candidates and internal senior stakeholders have a unique, positive experience throughout the entire hiring process. My responsibilities-establish and build high performing TA function to triple the DACH organisation in size -design, implement and continuously improve a structured talent acquisition process (TA 1.0) in DACH -lead and execute the hiring process end-to-end for countless positions at all levels across Brand, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain Operations, Strategic Initiatives, Customer Success, Data Analytics, Finance and People -support the Talent Acquisition Managers in prioritising vacancies, developing sourcing strategies, optimising the interview process and achieving quarterly targets -ensure a pleasant, motivating and collaborative atmosphere in the team -set up interviewing and hiring standards and introduce best practices for data insights & quality -optimise interviewer and candidate experience through targeted hiring managers & hiring teams trainings -ownership of TA tools and platforms and continuous exchange with third parties providers -ongoing data maintenance in ATS and internal documentation of TA activities -partner up with recruiting agencies to build a solid network of recruiting services
