As part of the Global Marketing Operations team, I support the end-to-end execution of marketing automation, campaign setup, and performance tracking to enable global demand generation initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Manage campaign execution in Adobe Marketo Engage for ebooks, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, on-demand sessions, and tradeshows- Set up and automate email campaigns for various marketing initiatives, including nurture workflows, drip programs, and event/tradeshow promotions- Assist in syncing landing pages with Marketo and ensuring forms, workflows, and lead scoring are functioning accurately- Handle form automation, including the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of major and live forms used across campaigns- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow from Marketo to Salesforce, supporting lead assignment and pipeline management- Work with GoToWebinar for live and on-demand webinar setups, ensuring proper registration, attendance tracking, and data integration- Utilize Knak to support email campaign builds aligned with brand standards- Use HockeyStack and reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance and share insights for optimization- Ensure campaign QA, database hygiene, and adherence to best practices for automation and data management.Tools & Platforms- Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce CRM, Knak, GoToWebinar, HockeyStackHighlights- Supported the successful execution of global campaigns across Aviation, Hospitality, and Learning verticals- Enabled seamless automation and data flow across multiple campaigns, improving lead management efficiency- Contributed to consistent campaign reporting and insights, enhancing marketing performance visibility.
