About Joshua Sillers
Having spent several years leading teams of 6-10 engineers on large global projects I moved to sales for a few years to enhance my business acumen then, more recently, into a leadership role as the Head of Software/ServiceNow for Orange Business, Americas.Initially specializing in collaboration software architecture, professional services, delivery methods, and maximizing customer experience during technology transitions, I moved on to a broader scope and now help our other solution heads and our customers digest the multitude of SaaS offers that cross their path each day.I have a passion for communicating how technology can improve the efficiency and enjoyment of every user when evaluated, budgeted, planned and deployed successfully.
