ABOUT SILKE KRIEG

Hi there. I\'m a design professional with a focus on digital product design. I specialize in simplifying complexity by visualizing processes in a clear and accessible way. I believe that when combined with technology, design has the power to improve the way we live, work and connect.As a graduate of Communication Design from the Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg, I have built a substantial career in the digital industry. My journey began with a 3-year emplayment at the IBM Innovation Center, now known as IBM iX, followed by another 3 years at Fork Unstable Media. After gaining valuable experience, I ventured into self-employment.I collaborate with both large and small agencies or studios, while also pursuing my own projects with a network of digital experts. My strength lies in developing constructive design solutions that simplify complex conditions with a user-centered focus. I believe that reduction leads to sustainable and enduring design.Being closely involved in the design process is something I deeply value. In an increasingly complex world, good design is more important than ever. I am passionate about the idea that design and technology can contribute to a better world and make life less hectic.With over two decades in the industry, I remain grateful and enthusiastic about my work.
