Embedded strategy team (20••••23) We started a new project, creating a vision type, that depicted the pivotal stage of the company strategy from our board and managing director. This time it was approached very operatively and it took traction rapidly inside the company. My role was brainstorming and user testing ideas for a new product architecture as well as designing inspirational app screens of what we wanted our new product to look like. It is guiding the teams towards a new focussed funnel strategy. Design System Team (20••••21) I joined the team during the creation of a web design system. Along with a few designers, we revamped the XING product and brand design which was successful. As a result, we created a cross-platform design system with component parity for our iOS app, Android app, and web. We developed a new design language, product and design guide, architectural guidelines, and conducted sparring hours with designers. My role was taking all design decisions, creating new formats for documentation, building up kits in Sketch and Figma and thus building bridges between tech and design. Principal work (20••••23) I was asked to take part in various design sprints for different product teams. I led product discoveries, rapid prototyping and user testing. In my role as principal designer I managed round about 20 designers in a professional capacity together in a principal tandem.
