ABOUT SILKE MEIS

As a change manager and Head of a marketing communications department, I have built up extensive expertise in different working methods and transformation over the years. My role as a Scrum Master has made me a committed ambassador for agility, inspiring and supporting both teams and entire organizations in their further development. I am particularly fascinated by the development of people and teams. I create spaces where experimentation and learning are possible without fear of failure—essential prerequisites for promoting growth and innovation. With my expertise, I not only help teams dynamically optimize their working methods, but also support companies in sustainably developing their structures and culture. My background in marketing communications provides a valuable addition to combining agile transformations with practical communication strategies. The combination of expertise in change management, agile methods, and organizational development enables me to accompany companies in their transformation, always with the goal of value-oriented and customer-centered development. In an age where digital transformation and continuous adaptation are central components of business success, agility plays a key role. Through iterative processes and continuous review of measures, it is possible to respond dynamically to new challenges and customer needs. It is precisely these principles that I live and teach in my everyday work—an approach that not only strengthens teams but also offers companies new added value in the long term.
