And so, the question isn’t whether pressure arrives, it’s whether the foundations were designed to hold through pressure, ambiguity, and growth.Over time, my focus has moved beyond tools to judgment. The work that matters most to me is helping teams make sound decisions early, reasoning clearly about tradeoffs, incentives, and second-order effects while course correction is still cheap.What’s always mattered to me is building what ages well, technical and organizational systems meant to outlast any single team, roadmap, or moment. The kind that earn trust, reduce fragility, and keep doing their job long after the spotlight moves on.
